This website does not ask you to create an account and has no contact or booking form. We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or any medical information through this site.

When you visit, our analytics provider automatically records standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), referring website, device type, browser and language. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It stores cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. You can block these through your browser settings or a content blocker — the website works normally without them.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

The vision test and the vision disorder simulator run entirely inside your browser. Your answers and results are never sent to us and are never stored — they disappear as soon as you reload the page. These tools are educational and are not a medical diagnosis.

Parts of this site are provided by third parties, which may receive your IP address when their content loads:

• Google Maps — the embedded clinic map.
• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — usage statistics.
• Cloudflare CDN — icon fonts.

Text fonts are served from our own server, so no font provider receives your data.

If you call, message us on WhatsApp, or send an email, we receive what you send and use it only to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. Those conversations happen outside this website and are covered by the terms of the service you used.
